First, verify that the project has been entered into FUGA and approved and delivered by an INDULTA employee.

After verification, send the following response:

JPay doesn't notify us when projects are live and available for download and purchase. The only

two ways to check to see if your project is live are, one(1), have someone incarcerated check the kiosk for you, or two(2), submit a request for us to manually check. If you would like for us to manually check, please wait until after the entire time allotted for your particular project to go live on JPay to pass before you submit a request. For example, if you paid for your project to go live after 30 business days, allow for the entire 30 business days to pass before submitting a request.
